Job Title : Business Development Executive
Role Overview :
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales department, overseeing sales portals, and maintaining the company's website. Your primary focus will be on driving sales through effective sales strategies, conducting product demos, negotiating deals, and utilizing cold calling techniques to generate leads and expand the client base.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead the sales department, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to the team.
- Oversee sales portals and optimize their usage to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update the company's website with relevant information and engaging content to attract potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the company's products/services.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and identify potential clients.

Qualifications :
