Roles And Responsibilities :
The responsibilities of the role involve the following :
- Research, locate and engage potential influencers across all channels, and collaborate with them to develop new content on behalf of Purplle.com
- Negotiate with both influencers / networks/Multi Channel Networks and work with internal and external teams to execute influencer contracts
- Manage and expand Purplle's network of bloggers and influencers.
- Develop Influencer campaign briefs, including deliverables, KPIs, and messaging requirements
- Scheduling digital marketing / influencer marketing campaigns and continuously analyzing their success to determine whether to reinvest or not.
- Experiment with new ways to leverage influencers to achieve company goals
- Implement integrated influencer campaigns that are aligned with company's strategy to meet business objectives
- Master, grow and maintain our proprietary platform and network of influencers to facilitate the creation and distribution of authentic, relevant content
- Stay on top of industry trends, the latest influencer and digital media advancements and relevant campaigns
Requirements :
- Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of the evolving digital landscape with a proven track record of developing and executing multiplatform paid, owned and earned social media programs at scale.
- At least one year of experience managing online influencer/brand ambassador programs, ideally for large, national, consumer-facing brands
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to distill, synthesize and draw conclusions on large amounts of data, using Google Analytics and other sources
- The ability to think strategically and execute tactically
An aptitude for being organized and flexible and for delivering results in a fast-paced environment
