Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, implementing and tracking onsite assets- performance.
- Closely work with marketing & category team to prepare monthly promotional calendar as per business targets.
- Do Asset, Category & Brand level performance analysis to identify gaps and find business insights to improve customer experience and conversion rate.
- Implement/Execute Daily/weekly onsite campaigns to drive business targets.
- Prepare & execute seasonal, thematic & tactical campaigns to maximize sales.
- Lead designing team to drive entire web content like banner, video, emails etc.
- Set KPI benchmarks to measure performance and prepare course correction plan.
- Regularly review customer journey through the site and recommend the changes in order to enhance conversion rate.
- Track competition practices and drive insights for improvements.
- Should be comfortable using various e-commerce back end tools to manage day to day operations.
- Ensure copy, images and product info used on creatives is accurate and updated.
