What will be your Responsibilities ?
- You will develop and execute our multi-channel performance marketing strategy
- You will manage ad platforms such as Facebook ads, Google AdWords, YouTube ads, native platforms (taboola, etc), etc.
- You will also provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns across all marketing channels towards the company's performance KPI, with an emphasis on LTV, retention, and repeat buy metrics
- Work on campaign performance data and constantly optimize to generate growth and ensure client satisfaction and renewal.
- Give inputs to the company's social media team to increase engagement across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.
- Also, activate additional channels for acquisition including referrals, etc.
What do we require?
- Minimum 2yr+ in campaign management and lead cost optimization across platforms
- Deep analytical mindset, ability to see details
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Independence and proactivity
- Willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Advantageous but not mandatory :
- Degree from a premier college
- Creativity and an eye for design.
- Good English, both spoken and written (essential).
Salary: - 6 - 12 L p.a.
