Role : Trial Booking Executive

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Booking Trial Class - The Trial Booking Executive will be contacting the parents who have registered on our website but have not taken our free 1-hour trial class. The executives will contact the parent by phone, WhatsApp, email and convince them to take the free live trial class on Zoom.

- There are sales involved. Calls will be made using the VoIP app and no mobile recharge/payment has to be done by the executive for the phone calls.

- Bookings will be done using the company's in-house CRM and leads will be managed using Google Sheet.

- These are not cold leads but have visited our website/social media page.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

- Excellent English Communication.

- Good understanding of Google Sheet.

Must have :

- Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone & a smartphone.

Job Type : Full-time.

Joining Date : Immediate.

Stipend : 15,000.00 per month
