PurpleRain - Sales Development Representative (1-3 yrs)
- Inbound - Contact, qualify and manage prospective customers
- Outbound - Effectively research and prospect qualified opportunities, identify key player and generate interest.
- Qualify new business opportunities and set up web meetings for demonstration.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and growth.
- Conduct high level demos and use case discussions with prospects
- Write effective sales proposals.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all new and existing sales enquires
- Promoting the features and benefits of our products to potential clients
- Achieve and Exceed daily, monthly, quarterly and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales management
- Specifically managing a pipeline of upsell opportunities and delivering results against a quota.
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
- Proactively identify and prioritize their prospects and accounts to focus efforts on those with highest likelihood of closing, potential growth, strategic value
- Finding new and creative ways to grow user engagement
- Monitoring customer health to identify and manage account escalations
- Help establish best practices in Customer Success to be shared with new members of a quickly growing team
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1 to 2 years experience in a relevant sales role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
