Job Title: Business Relationship Executive
Location - Bangalore
Role - Full Time
As a Business Relationship Manager (BRE), your primary responsibility is to foster and maintain positive relationships between the organization and its clients or business partners.
This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both the organization's objectives and the needs of its clients or partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients or business partners.
- Work closely with clients or partners to understand their business processes and challenges.
- Act as a bridge between the organization and clients or partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordinate efforts between internal teams and external stakeholders also be the part of CSR activity .
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and work towards finding solutions that benefit both parties.
Qualifications :
- MBA (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
