We are looking for a digital marketer who can both ideate & execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media platforms.
The candidate should be familiar with multiple digital platforms, he or she should be able to write copies, work with designers to develop creatives, and generate reports.
The ideal candidate needs solid online lead generation experience. He or she must be able to understand the key principles of marketing and sales. The candidate's objective is to ensure the maximum return on investment (ROI) in our online marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve awareness, reach, visibility, drive relevant traffic, and generate leads
- Write engaging ad copies & creatives (with the help of design team)
- Responsible for campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization and analysis for all paid digital accounts
- Managing paid campaigns on Google AdWords search & display, Bing and other ad networks
- Optimizing ad copy and landing pages for increasing quality scores, etc.
- Launching and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
- Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns using platforms like Outbrain, Taboola, Influ2 etc.
- Retargeting, and Affiliate marketing
- Account based marketing (ABM)
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ROI
- Create and implement high converting funnels
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
- Have to work closely with the other team members
- Develop fortnightly reports to monitor our performance
- Work closely with SEO & Social Media teams to ensure knowledge sharing and co-optimization
Skills Required:
- B2B marketing experience is a must
- Good Knowledge in LinkedIn Digital exposure is must.
- Marketing Automation skills on any platform like Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot
- Good communication skills - MUST be able to write effective ad copies.
- Experience in UTM Tagging, Google Analytics
- Experience with Email Marketing is a plus
- Should be open to new technologies and innovative ideas to grow accounts.
