Purnartha - Manager - Client Service (2-10 yrs)
1) Provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports and recommendations.
2) Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members.
3) Oversee capability building for the team, mentor and groom high-potential subordinates.
4) Strategic planning and execution skills.
5) Investor management skills.
6) To manage processes & teams
7) To optimize processes to be in line with client satisfaction and to design and implement new processes
8) Complete ownership of end-to-end exception handling
9) To work with Technology for automation and moving towards Tech-Ops
Required Education, Skill Set & Knowledge :
- MBA from a reputed institute / Post graduate in Finance / Economics from a reputed institute.
- Strong client servicing skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and work in a matrixed organization.
- Good understanding of financial products, Capital Market, basic IT infrastructure and Middle Office /Back Office processes & procedures
- Ability to understand and drive Front-to-Back Workflow and articulate and understand full Equity Advisory life-cycle in Investment Management.
- Excellent verbal and written.
