Puretech - Executive - Online Reputation Management (1-3 yrs)
Job role and responsibilities:
We are currently looking for an ORM Executive profile with minimum one year of experience into ORM.
1. Continuously monitoring /Tracking the conversations around the brand and its competition on various outlets, e.g. social media, search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer forums, etc.
2. Crisis management - Ability to avert crisis with fast and creative thinking.
3. Understand the Level of the threat and analyze and manage Online Identities.
4. Track, analyze and make recommendations to account for new or revised content.
5. Analyze online statistics; overall trends and subsets by Sites/Rating/Keywords, identify on-going negative trends and potential mitigation solutions.
6. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis to clients and senior management.
7. Should have experience in working with listening / ORM tools such as Germin8, Locobuzz, Simplify360, etc.
8. Keen attention to details.
9. Good written and verbal English communication skills.
10. Good time management and Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
