Pureplay Skin Sciences - Manager - Brand Communication (2-6 yrs)
Purpose - Why does it exist?
To conceptualize & develop consumer-centric brand content across channels for our distinctive, fast-growing men's care brand - Phy
Key Performance Indicators
- Effective management of content pipeline
- Content development aligned to brand strategy & business objectives
- Social media growth in line with targets
Key Responsibilities :
- Craft brand & product communication for all touchpoints aligned to our brand tonality - digital & offline
- Conceptualizing & creating engaging, meaningful content for social media (especially, but not only IG feed & stories)
- Effectively manage promotions on social channels
- Imbibe the brand's purpose and values, and drive their wider dissemination through both short-form & long-form content across channels including Social, Website, PR, Blog etc.
- Work with a team of designers to create marketing collateral
Experience & Qualification
- 3-4 years of experience in communications and/or digital media
- Masters / MBA in marketing or communications with a good academic record
- Experience in copywriting & content development for consumer goods / lifestyle / men's grooming brands directly or at Creative Agencies
- Preferred - Experience in visual content production

- Conceptual understanding of Brand Strategy
- Great aesthetic sense to drive content design
- Social media savvy
- Stickler for using the right grammar & spellings
