As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, build engagement, and grow our community across various platforms.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies for Puredot.com and its family of brands. You'll develop compelling content, manage multiple accounts, and foster strong relationships with our online community. The ideal candidate has experience in managing social media for multiple brands, with a strong sense of branding and creative storytelling, and a passion for connecting with diverse audiences across food, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage social media strategies for Puredot.com and its brands.

- Create and post engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

- Build distinct brand identities while maintaining overall consistency.

- Engage with audiences, manage communities, and foster brand loyalty.

- Align social content with business goals in collaboration with internal teams.

- Monitor trends and competitor activity to optimize content.

- Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness across all platforms.

- Analyze performance and report on key metrics using analytics tools.

- Run paid social campaigns to drive promotions and sales.

- Work with influencers to enhance brand visibility.

- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally across multiple brands in food, fashion, or lifestyle.

- Proven track record in growing and engaging social media audiences.

- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and trends.

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills for social platforms.

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).

- Creative with experience in graphic design or video editing (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in food and fashion industries.

- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing.

- Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.
