Puredot - Customer Relationship Management Specialist - Marketing (2-8 yrs)
The CRM Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting email marketing, lead generation, and digital campaigns through marketing automation. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation tools, email marketing best practices, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to set up and manage CRM, CMS, and marketing automation software, develop and execute email marketing and automated lead nurturing campaigns, and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns
What are your responsibilities?
- Marketing Automation Management : Manage CRM and email automation tools.
- Email Marketing and Lead Generation : Develop and execute email marketing and automated lead nurturing campaigns.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization : Analyze email performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to create and distribute content via automated channels.
- Technical Skills : Set up and manage CRM, CMS, and marketing automation software.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience : 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, copywriting, and paid digital marketing.
- Skills : Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, email marketing best practices, and data analysis.
- Certification s : HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification or similar certifications in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital marketing.
- Personal Qualities : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
