Job Description
Reporting To :
ASM
Job Purpose : TSI will be responsible for identification of New SS in territory and the job purpose is to enhance sales of the respective SS and increase his secondary in distribution segment. Responsible for SS appointment and business volume.
Minimum Experience 1 to 2 years.
Responsibilities :
Market Development :
Visiting the prospective SS in the mapped area and getting him on board as per company policy. Minimum 12 SS portfolio
Target Achievement :
Responsible for the primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area. Entrusting min. stock level at Stockiest.
Channel Management :
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer database (SS and Distributors).
Brand Management :
Smooth execution of new product / brand launch in the market.
Customer Relationship :
Maintain one to one relations with key retailers of the territory.
Data collection :
Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Giving reports to company.
Market Feedback :
Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
Reporting : Daily reporting to ASM.
Requisite Skills :
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years work experience in FMCG/FMCD or channel distribution network. Good relationship management. Good knowledge to local market geography. Good people synergizing skills. Computer proficiency is must.
