Responsibilities :
- Market Penetration Daily visit to retail market and make 20-25 calls to Get distributor on board.
- Target Achievement Responsible for the primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area. Entrusting min. stock level at Distributor.
- Channel Management Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer database (SS and Distributors).
- Brand Management Smooth execution of new product / brand launch in the market.
- Motivator Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to achieve their targets.
- Customer Relationship Maintain one to one relations with key retailers of the territory.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Giving reports to company.
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
- Competition tracking
- Daily reporting to SH and SM.
