PUNO - Telecalling/Telesales Role (1-3 yrs)
Must Have
- Only female employee
- Should be smart enough to understand and tackle Customers
- Prior experience in Tele Sales/Tele Marketing/Tele Calling/Inside Sales (Outbound).
- Excellent in Communication (English Language)
- Should be able to work with a Team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
- Daily Sales Report, Generating Leads, Counseling, Record Maintaining, Data Base Management.
- Answering and Calling Phones explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- 0btaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the product and services
- Calling Existing Customers billing and collection
- Maintaining the data base of the customers on a regular basis.
