Punjabi Ghasitaram Halwai - eCmmerce Executive (0-2 yrs)
Product Listing & Management : Assist in creating and managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify). Ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other details are accurate and optimized for search visibility.
Inventory Tracking : Support in tracking inventory levels to ensure stock availability and communicate with the operations team to avoid stockouts.
Order Processing : Assist in processing online orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Customer Service : Handle customer inquiries, respond to reviews, and manage customer feedback to resolve issues promptly and improve the shopping experience.
Digital Marketing Support : Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create promotional content, coordinate social media posts, and assist in campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic and sales.
Performance Monitoring : Help monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website metrics to provide insights for optimization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- 0-1 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
