Puneet India - Manager - Product Sales (4-10 yrs)
Candidates selected for this Position Profile will be responsible for the following :
1. Maintain a deep understanding of the software products build by the Company
2. Regularly test and provide feedback to engineering team on bugs, fixes, enhancements and upgrades
3. Gather requirements from real customers and convert needs to actionable items
4. Prepare and conduct virtual/in-person demos of the product for potential users
5. Contribute to the build pipeline of products
6. Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention functions
7. Take responsibility for pricing plans and customer negotiations
8. Document Customer Onboarding process
9. Guide customers to product/platform usage by way of testing, demos and feedback loops

We are building India's first platform and marketplace for the buying and selling of assets with auctions, value added services, virtual data rooms, financing solutions, access-based features and more deployed across multiple platforms.
We currently work closely with more than 2,00,000 buyers and sellers of such assets at a national level. The purpose of this platform is to upgrade your userbase from being offline to being - digital-first.- The features and services being developed will digitize and automate an industry that is estimated to be an annualized USD 150B in India today. The platform shall list sellers of all types of assets - tangible, intangible, movable, immovable and digital assets such as NFTs as well.
