Role:
1. Develop business plan and strategy for the product that ensures the attainment of company's international sales goals and profitability.
2. Prepare action plans by individual as well as by team for effective search for international sales leads, prospects & B2B Marketing Strategy.
3. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
4. Ensures that all international sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and closures.
5. Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Sets short and long-term international sales strategies.
7. Develop key relationships with international customers
8. Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure that the customer requirements are met on a timely basis
9. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate international markets.
10. Excellent communication skills.
11. Inbound Calling process.
Key Traits:
1. Minimum 2-8 years of experience in sales generation, People management, Team handling and Operations.
2. The candidate must have knowledge and understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, process management, team leading, Mobile Application Development (iOS and Android)/ web development to perform initial analysis, make estimates and communicate with clients both domestic and international.
3. Tech-Friendly: The candidate doesn't need to be technical but should be technology-friendly. Good experience with Software Sales Management
Skill set:
- Resellers & Technical Product Sales
- Should be open to work for 24- 7 shifts (including night shift)
- Should have a clear understanding of mobile/ web apps sales process.
- Being updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors with respect to mobile application/web development business.
- High energy levels with negotiation capabilities
- Should have high comprehension skills with self-motivation for Sales
- Should have experience working for International Markets
- Team handling experience and Operations management
Experience :
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in sales generation, People management, Team handling and Operations.
