Job Description :
1. Develop and Keeping up-dated an Account Plan, develop a business plan for HoReCa.
2. Generate the business through visiting Clients personally and meeting them from time to time for getting repeat sales.
3. Meeting Chef and Purchase managers, Executives, Owners of Hotels and Restaurants in assigned territory.
4. Maintaining Customer Data.
5. Client Meeting and Client Presentation.
6. Resolving problems and issues in the market and do troubleshooting if there is any complaint in the product.
7. Working with the chefs& Regular meetings and follow-ups with top officials including F&B Manager, Chefs, and Purchase decision-makers of esteemed chain and group for local tie-ups.
8. Appointing & managing distributors for Horeca, right from their appointment to their ongoing coordination, business relationship, and sales performance.
9. Collection of Order
10. Coordination and Payment from clients on day to day basis. Maintain long-lasting relationship with clients.
11.Geographical Knowledge of urban and sub-urban are both mandatory.
Candidate must have an authorized driving license with 2 or 4 wheeler.
Require :
- Graduate with Prior experience in working with Food Ingredients, premixes will be preferred
- Strong knowledge about Horeca sales distribution set up and excellent client relationship
