Public Financing - Business Development Specialist (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Visit the Beneficiaries and find out the requirements.
- Help them Fill the Application Form Online.
- Help them in Uploading the relevant documents which is required for the purpose of verification.
- Initiate the Verification Process.
- Figure out 100 Beneficiaries every month in need of Funds for Medical, Education, Marriage, House
- Renovation, Infrastructure Development Purposes.
- Figure out Beneficiaries who are looking for funds to start their Day- To- Day Business.
- It is Mandatory to close 25 Deals every week.
- Build and Maintain good relationships with People Network.
- Guide the Beneficiaries throughout till the closure of file.
- Dealing with Internal and External Queries from the Beneficiaries.
- Ensure all documents are 100 % accurate, complete and consistent.
- Storage of documents for future retrievals.
- Ensure to maintain client and company records under strict confidence.
- Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverables.
- Prepare Daily Reports on the progress of the work as instructed.
Requirements and Skills :
- A Natural leader who can build relationships quickly.
- People look to you for direction and feel supported by you.
- Self-driven. You have superior Business Development skills, integrity and great follow-through on tasks.
- Target Based.
- Data-Driven: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to use data proactively to address opportunities.
- Good communication skill is a must.
- Sound in Microsoft Office.
- Ability for quick decision making and working independently.
