PSP Techno Engineers - Executive - Sales & Marketing (2-4 yrs)
- Achieving Annual & Monthly Sales Targets and continuously grow market shares, quote, negotiate & close sales orders.
- Prepare & deliver sales presentations, offers & negotiations based on value selling and customer needs assessment.
- Proactively support collecting overdue payments according to payment terms.
- Collecting data related to market conditions & trends, competitors and prices.
- First Point of contact for after sales issues and transfer task to Sales Support, after sales service, ensure efficient information flow.
- Maintain customers, sales activities & data using CRM.
- Participate actively in marketing activities, eg. Exhibitions, surveys etc
- Coordinate with consultants in Delhi NCR
- Strong Knowledge of VFD/ Panels
- Knowledge of system engineering to meet application requirements
- Independence in performing daily tasks & business challenging thinking
- Should be strong communicator with good presentation skills at all levels (B2B sales, customer end, internal colleagues)
- Self - motivated, determined and willing to succeed even under pressure
