PSK Building Solutions - Sales Role - Steel & Cement (5-15 yrs)
We are looking for dynamic individuals with a background in sales, particularly in the steel and cement industry, to expand our market presence, nurture client relationships, and exceed sales targets. Sound in marketing and B2B and B2C sales in construction materials Iron & steel bars and cement.
- Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling and other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Cold call as appropriate with market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Identify potential clients and the decision makers within client organization. Research and build relationship with clients.
- Set up meeting between client decision makes and leaders.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives. Leading proposal efforts. Participate in pricing the solution / service needed by client.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Present an image that mirrors of that client.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Market research and check for different tenders.
