Job Description:-

- Tele-conversation/calling: To generate effective database for the company by calling on the potential client list & communicating with HNIs for their properties availability for rentals or sale and making them understand about the Company's Services & getting to know the need of the organisations.

- Since the potential database is of the department heads and managers of very reputed corporate houses, hence you need to be very confident, fluent, cautious and smart in your conversation.

- Internal Coordination: Effective interaction with the account managers to understand their property requirements & manage end to end requirement.

- Act as coordinator between Transaction manager and Owners for smooth site visit.

- Market Analysis and Reporting : Identify the right business opportunities and pursue potential properties either for rental or for sale.

- Forwarding the inventory generated to the Transaction Team and making property listing as when required to transaction Team.

- Candidates should have good communication Skills.

- Only female candidates are preferred.
