Relationship Manager
1. Once the Application is received by the Commercial Manager, he fills up all the details after verification in the system and sends the allotment letter etc to the relationship manager.
2. The Relationship manager calls the customer introducing him/her self and informs him about the papers being ready.
3. As soon as the Sale agreement is ready sends to the customer for signature and follows up for the same.
4. As soon as the query for registration is taken sends to the customer.
5. Organize the registration for the customer with the help of the commercial manager.
6. Any query in the agreement is resolved taking help of the legal / tax team so that the customer is satisfied.
7. Every month the relationship manager gets feedback from the site and sends to the customer about the progress of the work at site.
8. Actively makes sure that all customer queries is resolved asap.
9. As soon as the demand is raised calls the customer about the demand and actively follows up for the payment.
10. Liason with all departments to resolve any query that the customer might have so that he/ she can own the customer.
11. All payment collection should be done within 30days of demand raised.
12. Sends birthday / anniversary greetings to the customer.
13. Becomes a Brand Ambassador for the group.
14. Any other work as given by the department head.
