Prudent Corporate Advisory Services - Telecalling Role (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
3. Answer all their questions
4. Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
5. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
6. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualification :
1. Previous experience in a customer support role
2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
4. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
5. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Fluency in both, verbal and written communication (Hindi and English)
