Prozo - Associate/Assistant Manager- Inside Sales (1-2 yrs)
As an Inside Sales Representative for CRO's Office, you will be responsible to understand the requirement, Lead Qualification & generating revenue by selling and maintaining customer relationships to increase sales and profitability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cold calling (Inbound and outbound) to generate new business
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent support
- Manage customer accounts and provide regular updates on order status and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales & Marketing, to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and potential threats
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience in inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of logistics/Supply chain will be an advantage
