What will you be doing ?

- Handle end-to-end execution of iB Cricket events to increase brand awareness, generate leads and other business metrics

- Identify and schedule events at the best suitable venues (Corporates, Cafes, Gated-communities. etc).

- Provide a fantastic and seamless experience for all participants in iB Cricket. Keep them engaged throughout the event. Ensure high participation and engagement at the events.

- Provide accurate and complete information about the company, products, pricing and league to generate leads for iB Cricket products.

- Ensure your team improves performance and achieves targets. Monitor and train them accordingly.

- Follow all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that include, generating leads, sharing suggestions with the central team, generating content for social media, maintaining the leads database, troubleshooting issues, submitting event reports etc.

- Take responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle of iB Cricket products and achieve targets. Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, pitches, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category.

- Flexible to take redefined roles and responsibilities as necessary to support the overall success and the strategies of the company

What are we looking for ?

- An individual with excellent communication skills in English & Hindi/Telugu, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills

- A reliable and trustworthy individual who can quickly build rapport

- Growth mindset with an appetite to learn quickly

- Desire to work in a high-growth startup environment

Languages Known :

- Native speaker of Hindi or Telugu

- Very Good Proficiency in English is expected

Previous Work Experience :

Minimum experience of 2 years in sales, field sales or relevant fields

Salary : 3.5 - 5.5 LPA

Working Days :

Should be flexible to travel within Hyderabad city and to other cities, based on the requirement

6-Day Week

Weekends will be working days. Week-off will be on weekdays
