Provilac - Executive - Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Role & responsibilities :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Marketing Executive ATL-BTL. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and developing ATL-BTL marketing campaigns, conducting market research, handling communication, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts to grow Provilac's customer base in Pune and Mumbai.
- Responsible for executing communication, offers and creative for BTL collaterals with approvals in place
- Responsible for mapping all BTL activities regionally and locally over the calendar and allocating to respective executives to generate maximum footfalls.
- Conceptualize and execute impactful BTL campaigns, including in-store promotions, sampling initiatives, events, and social media engagement strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure ROI and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Responsible for performing and managing on-ground teams to ensure brand visibility and maximum reach to the target audience (Activities like pamphlets NPI, kiosk pamphlet distribution, co-promotion with local retailers like pharmacies, look walkers, mike announcements through e-rickshaw or other modes, banners on the back of auto-rickshaws, local celebrity/influencer engagements, theatrical skits in marketplaces, engagement activities with local schools, corporates etc.)
- Responsible for generating daily reports of activities planned and executed. Weekly reports of footfall or sales generated by each activity, store-wise.
- Monthly reports of footfalls/sales store-wise and justification of ROI (as per budgets)
- Willing to travel frequently on the field to monitor, planning & execution of BTL & Royalty brand activation program.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Market Planning and Market Research skills
- Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills
- Sales and Marketing experience
- Prior experience in executing and developing ATL-BTL campaigns
- Experience in the food and beverage or dairy industry is a plus
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
