We PROVIDERS SKILL ACADEMY are in the field of SKILL training from the year 2005 & we have trained more than 6000 students across Tamil Nadu & Kolkata, headquartered at Chennai having branches at Karaikudi & Kolkata.
Candidate Having Flair For Finding Avenues For Content Development Management,
Responsibilities Include :
1. Implement a system for a vocational arena, analyzing skill gap potential, identifying content developer, executing content development in line with modern technology deliverables.
2. Should have exposure in both technical & non-technical areas and should have an idea of current exposure skill gap weakness of college students
3. Impart training to Vocational training and Basic training.
4. Provide support and coordinate in conducting training need analysis and identification.
5. Take feedback from training programs and make changes to design/delivery, accordingly.
6. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the specialist area.
7. Ensure development of content for training, as appropriate Coordinate with the respective functions and collate inputs for preparation of Training Calendar.
8. In Plant Training, provide customization to Daimler AG material and ensure appropriate training needs are addressed; Play a key role in Apprentice training, Basic Skills training, New Joiners Induction, Safety, Quality training, etc.
9. Ensure adherence to the training process and procedures.
Program Planning and Implementation :
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the projects
- Process Mapping, Definition, and Documentation
- Coordination with NGO partners and funding partner
- Research, Feasibility Study and Market Scan
- Conducting Training need analysis
- Training of Volunteers, teachers, master trainers, and trainers
- Classroom Evaluation and learners assessment
- Content and Curriculum Development
Proposal writing :
- Setting up Skills development and Vocational training centers in terms of course content, training & monitoring, and developing the processes for mobilization and selection of candidates.
Candidate Requirement :
- The content developer should have exposure to both technical and non-technical areas
- And should have an idea of current exposure skill gap weakness of college students
