Area Manager
1. Act as an interface between the company & customers.
2. Should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
3. The Primary responsibility is to drive the Insurance sales for the Company.
4. Converting leads to business.
5. Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
6. Direct selling to the customers via appointments.
7. Establishing and strengthening relationship with customers
8. Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
9. Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers- requirements.
10. Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
11. Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visit and convert the lead to sales.
