Provee is an internationally certified food processing and production company that produces a variety of spreads, dips and snacks
We are looking for a Sales Manager for our brand who will directly be working with the founder
1. Responsible for managing Key Accounts for the brand
2. Responsible for primary and secondary sales management, New Business development, Horeca / institutional &Retail Sales
3. Possess sound knowledge of Sales Planning Strategy Implementation, ATL & BTL activities, Competition Analysis & Action Plan
4. Skills in identifying & networking with prospective clients, generating business with existing accounts to achieve profitability & sales growth
5. Expertise in Sales and business development of channel sales (FMCG) . Product promotion and building marketing & sales strategies to promote products in the right market
6. Handling the marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth & profitability. Utilizing the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
7. Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares. Managing brand image building and awareness campaigns. Devising & implementing pre & post-marketing activities for the successful launching of new products.
8. Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business. Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient services. Handling customer grievances & resolving issues.
9. Imparting /organizing training programs for achieving pre-planned business targets. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
