Provakil - Business Developer (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities include :
- Reaching out to leads (via inbound and outbound channels)
- Present, promote and sell services of Provakil
- Forecasting sales, developing - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
- Building the Business Developer team, and an opportunity to accelerate to Business Development Manager - Bombay Region.
- Explore customer leads through cold calling
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with the dev team
- Reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive- activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the sector
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Maintain and expand client database within your- assigned territory
Requirements :
- Familiarity with CRM practices
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- MS Office
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
