Job Description
- Should be able to generate revenues for web and mobile app design development business through online bidding channels.
- Explain the requirement of the client to the Technical team, share client feedback with the Design Team and take measures in developing their skills to meet the standards required by the company and the clients.
- Should be able to work and execute the Partnership with Zoho, Google, workday, etc.
- Constantly strive to improve the client base and amount of profits for the company.
- Maintain a well-defined Business development plan of action to market the products, services and solutions of the organization effectively.
- Should have good written and oral communication skills
- Passionate towards closing the deals
- Very Good spoken and written communication
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Creating a Sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts as well as through your own initiative (Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and Emails)
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Doing extensive Market Research on all potential clients
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
