Prosonic - Sales Coordinator (3-7 yrs)
1. Outbound Calls : Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients to promote products or services offered by the company.
2. Lead Generation : Generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, Data Searching & Whats App. Software and other sales prospecting techniques.
3. Product Knowledge : Having a thorough understanding of the company's products or services in order to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
4. Customer Engagement : Engaging with customers over the phone to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
5 . Sales Pitch : Delivering persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase or sign up for the company's services.
6. Achieving Sales Targets : Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
7. Relationship Building : Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
8. CRM Management : Updating customer information, sales activities, and interactions in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain accurate records and track progress.
9. Follow-up : Following up with leads and customers to provide additional information,address any concerns, and close sales.
10. Collaboration : Collaborating with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
