What does this role hold for you :

- Tele calling to Brokers/ Agents

- Explaining Makaan.com services

- Collecting revenue from brokers in lieu of the responses delivered to them as per the Market Place Model

- Generating a pipeline of customers & maintain regular interaction with them on phone

- Exhibiting the best practices in selling on phone

- Maintaining 85% of the quality score

Apply if you have :

- Graduation degree in any discipline

- 1 - 5 years of tele-calling experience (preferably online sales) with at least 1 year in outbound tele sales setup

- Very strong communication skills and at least average writing skills (Fluency in English & in local language)

- Worked in a mid-size organization (up to 60-100 tele sales people)

- Hands on experience in operating backend systems for business monitoring (MS-Office)

- In-depth knowledge of sales tracking like customer profiling, pipeline management etc.

- Exposure to tele sales operations of an online company will be an added advantage
