Job Description for BDM's :

1 Good at Tele pitching. Discussions and knowledge upon various Topics of Real Estate sector, Hyd & India.

2 Garrulous but Organized and Topic centered.

3 Flow in English & Hindi is Mandatory (Telugu by default being the MT)

4 Ready to work from Office and On Site, as per the requirement time to time.

5 Smart & Quick Thinkers & Influencers.

6 Self Motivated and Goal Oriented.

7 Stability seeking and understands Organic Growth of Employee.

8 Should work on Excel, MS Word and MIS Creation.

9 Looking forward to Earning R&R as Monetary Incentives over and above the Fixed Salary.

10 Reporting Discipline and Punctuality.

11 Hunger to Learn more, while driving Individual Sales.

12 Ability to go beyond the Line upon the call of Duty.

13 Should Own a 2 Wheeler with License.

14 Should be good in Voice Calls (Telesales) over phone.

15 Daily Report creation of Calls, Site visits and Pipeline generation is a must.

16 Preventability & Pleasant Nature Female candidates are a Priority.

Work Hours : 10:00 am - 6:30 pm. (Weekly One Off)

Salary Range : 2.16 Lakhs- 3.00 Lakhs. (Sales Closure Incentives as per Ticket) On Payroll.

- Experienced Candidates can be considered an Exception, upto another 12% stretch

- Direct Face to Face Interview .
