Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sell real estate plotted development that is investor friendly.
- Do presentations online and f2f with prospective clients
- Coordinate the site inspection and pull the clients to the project site
- Meet and motivate channel partners for active sourcing on the opportunities.
- Mentor other team members to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Close the sales target and claim your hefty incentives.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Hungry for success and passionate about earning money with honesty.
- Min 2 years experience in real estates ( Developer or Broker )
- Must have knowledge of the geography of Bangalore and Suburbs
- Must be hands-on with the sales techniques of real estate

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
