Your core duties in this job are.

- Advising Homebuyers: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide customized, data-driven advice on residential projects.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners, acting as the primary point of contact.

- Project Presentation: Engage clients via calls or virtual meetings to present detailed project information.

- Lead Management: Handle and nurture leads generated by the team to drive client engagement.

- Project Visits: Arrange and accompany clients on project site visits to highlight key features.

- Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate terms to align client expectations with project offerings, ensuring mutual satisfaction and successful deal closures.

- Conversions and Closures: Address client inquiries, manage objections, and lead the process to successful closures.

- Follow-Ups: Implement a strong follow-up strategy to maintain engagement and address post-visit concerns.

- Event Participation: Represent the company at expos, corporate events, and other promotional activities to showcase project offerings and generate potential leads.
