- Curate sets of frequently asked questions about ProProfs products

- Build conversational flows around various use-cases

Desired Profile :

Experience : 1-3 years

- Should have excellent grammar and writing skills

- Ability to create technical content in English on any given topic

- Should have good inter-communication skills

- Should have good analytical skills

Good to have qualities:

- If you are passionate about technology

- If you have previously written on SaaS products and have created content for the web

- If you know how SEO influences ranking on search engines

- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
