ProProfs.com - Customer Support Role - Voice Process (2-5 yrs)
This is a blended profile between sales and customer support. The job will be split between providing support to existing users while generating new business from inbound leads.
Customer Support :
- Respond to customer queries and issues over call/email/chat
- Help Desk ticket management
- Build product knowledge for support & sales purposes
- Capture & share customer feedback
- Solving customer issues while working with cross-functional teams
- Work within the SLA's and strict timelines
Sales :
- Connect with inbound leads within SLA
- Sales CRM management
- Generate opportunities by identifying needs and understanding budget
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to schedule and give product demos via GoToMeeting, join me etc
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Competencies required :
- Good written and verbal communication skills. (voice trained preferred)
- Should be Graduates in any stream or 10+2, 10+3 with min 3-5 years exp
- Prior experience of MEO/APAC market will be preferred
