Roles and Responsibilities :
- Convert a verified lead into a closer.
- Fulfil with prospective clients to know their requirements.
- Promote the property with the detail in the advertisement.
- Send details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
- Make appointments and show buyers around a property.
- Screening buyers in a position to proceed with the purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine 'clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Ready for meeting clients in any client's desired location
- Interested in real estate sales
- Have 2 wheeler for travelling to the client's location
