PropositionSpecialist - Sales - IT (4-6 yrs)
Contribute to the success of our expansion into several different markets, overseeing multiple aspects of the launch/new initiatives process
Replicate the success stories in different cities
Work closely with the Head Strategic initiatives to ensure we achieve growth targets
- Lead and manage implementation of pilot initiatives to regions and coach teams on replicating success of pilots
- Work closely with strategic initiatives lead to create work plan for new ideas and implement & lead pilots for new sales initiatives in specific regions
- Execute pilot sales initiatives in regions and build proof of concept for new ideas
- Coach sales team in expanding initiative and scaling up new ideas
- Monitor scale-up of new ideas, incorporate market feedback and work with Strategy and Solutions team to tweak solution
- 4-5 years of experience in innovation selling in B2B sales (enterprise telecom, IT Services, Software, Media)
- Experience in leading high performing teams preferred
- Diploma / degree / other courses completed in business, marketing or any related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems and to provide pragmatic solutions
