Proposal Writer - Presales - IT (1-2 yrs)
Need Federal/ Commercial - Pre Sales Consultant/ Proposal Writers/Proposal Manager (5 Positions) with End to End Bid management for USA Federal / State and Local Government
Job Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Timings : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (IST)
Job Description :
- Responsible for analyzing and responding to RFX's (RFP, RFI, RFQ, EOI etc.)
- Bid analysis and create Data call, Responsibility Matrix, Check List, Resource Skill Set, Technical Skill Set and send to stake holders and Stake Holder Management
- Collaborate with the SBU team to develop proposals/RFX's responses that lead to winning new business
- Plan, write structured sections independently and support sections of RFX's by working on standard questions
- Preparing responses to RFX's by coordinating with internal team and developing new content as and when required
- Developing key messages (e.g., value propositions, differentiators), executive summaries, cover letters
- Writing, proofreading and editing sales proposals.
- Establishing a qualification process by which the company can assess the relative effort, probability of winning, and potential revenue of each opportunity.
- Maintain the existing internal repositories by creating, updating standard reusable documents
- Interacting with the US counterparts via phone and e-mails.
