Proposal Writer

- Strategic pursuit/proposal communications and opportunity management

- As a Pursuit Strategist, you will provide strategic and tactical support to help win new business. You will actively participate in developing pursuit strategies and overseeing the proposal management process. You will author client communications such as proposals, oral presentations, qualifications, and other documents.

Responsibilities :

- Able to lead and guide the entire proposal process

- Ability to brainstorm and challenge the engagement teams to ensure the most successful outcomes as per the key client asks and devise winning strategies

- Lead storyboarding sessions, facilitate key review meetings, manage proposal governance, review collaterals and proposals as necessary

- Ability to work with leadership including partners/Senior Leaders (MSLs/SLLs) and foster discussion from the client's perspective and needs of the RFP

- Actively participate in developing proposal strategy, authoring proposals, develop win themes and conduct the research required to create persuasive proposal responses (RFP/RFI)

- Develop high-quality thematic proposals, presentation and meeting documents

- Actively participate at all stages of the proposal process and ensure adherence to firm guidelines and leverage best practices from global pursuit teams

- Drive, formulate and ideate customized proposals and presentations - developing value propositions and competitive differentiators

- Lead storyboarding sessions, facilitate key review meetings, manage proposal governance, review collaterals and proposals as necessary

- Lead project resource planning, and implementation of processes

- Responsible for compliance with the firm's independence policy and quality measures as it relates to proposals and business opportunities

- Build the proposal compliance matrix and track the fulfilment of all requirements

- Participate in regular proposal progress status meetings and meet the proposal schedule
