Proposal Developer/Content Writer - Recruitment/Staffing (2-7 yrs)
SUMMARY
The Marketing & Proposal Associate will assist the U.S. Business Development Team in two primary activities: creating proposals and other business development collateral; and, contributing to and implementing social media strategies and solutions.
The Marketing & Proposal Associate is responsible for developing significant new business through strategic proposal development. Marketing & Proposal Associate will work on the proposal development process, supporting teams in India and the United States.
Each proposal includes elements of strategic plan development and financial analysis, as it pertains to cost and pricing analysis. Outstanding writing and presentation skills are fundamental requirements. Business skills are also preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing the companys responses to bid opportunities: writes and/or assists in writing, develops and produces staffing and technical/SOW proposals, and coordinates with other team members to obtain information content for proposals.
Responsible for coordinating the entire life-cycle of the bid process including receipt, response, production and follow-up.
Identify and source qualified resumes for inclusion in proposals as needed.
Develop PowerPoint and other presentations in support of the companys proposals and for general or specific business needs.
Responsible for developing pricing studies and other financial and business analyses for proposals and/or other business needs.
Conduct specified market research, obtain, analyze, and maintain industry information and competitive benchmarking information.
Research client sites and Internet for potential opportunities for new business development.
Responsible for hands-on interaction with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Responsible for writing, editing, and researching materials for blogs and news articles.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business or technology or English
1+ years working in a corporate environment
Outstanding written and spoken English skills
Skilled in Excel, Word and Power Point
