Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

- Strong understanding of CRM software and sales techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking abilities.

- Experience in B2B sales; knowledge of relevant industries is a plus.
