Property Sourcing/Acquisition - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Sr. Manager Property Sourcing/Acquisition Specialist-Belapur
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Sourcing/Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Narayan Bhargava Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source suitable office spaces across India, ranging from 1000 sq. ft to 100000 sq. ft, to meet the evolving needs of our business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and brokers across the country.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties and negotiate favourable lease terms.
- Manage the entire property acquisition process, from initial sourcing to lease execution and handover.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in property sourcing/acquisition pan India.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing deals for office spaces.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Extensive network of agents and brokers across India.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
