Property Manager - Front Office (1-3 yrs)
1. Operations & Maintenance:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring cleanliness, security, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for timely upkeep of rooms and common areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
2. Guest Relations & Customer Service:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and queries.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for residents.
3. Staff Supervision & Coordination:
- Manage housekeeping, security, and support staff schedules.
- Train and supervise hostel staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination among different departments.
4. Bookings & Administration:
- Manage reservations and occupancy to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain records of guest check-ins, payments, and stay durations.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and other charges.
5. Financial & Inventory Management:
- Track expenses and maintain hostel budgets.
- Ensure efficient stock management of cleaning supplies, amenities, and other essentials.
- Work towards cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
6. Community Engagement & Marketing:
- Organize community-building events for hostel residents.
- Support hostel promotions through social media engagement and local networking.
- Develop strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hostel/PG management, or property administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and booking software.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
