Property Consultant - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)
- Play a Property Consultant/Advisor role and explain the residential project to potential buyers.
- Advise the buyers on their requirements matching properties, localities, market conditions, prices, documentation, loans, and property-related information.
- Build a good relationship with the leads.
- Manage sales through phone/online/mobile app.
- Be a facilitator between buyer and property builder/developer.
- Handle leads via calls/WhatsApp/messages and guides them with the required details.
- Communicate effectively with the Onsite team on the site visits and buyer requirements.
- Scheduling site visits and following up on the feedback.
- Open to traveling to one or more project sites at least 2 days a week.
- Open to working on weekends with a week off on a weekday.
Skills Required :
- Strong customer service attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Very good communication skills. Good in spoken and written English. Preferably good in Spoken Kannada/Hindi or another regional south-Indian language.
- Highly motivated individual and result oriented
- Proactive & professional approach.
- Good understanding of the Sales funnel is a plus.
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus.
